Dr. Rebekah Delsol has worked for twenty years on anti-discrimination and racial justice issues, with specific focus on policing and racial profiling. She is a founding member and trustee of the charity StopWatch, a coalition that uses research and action to promote fair and accountable policing.
Rebekah manages the OSJI’s Fair and Effective Policing (FEP) project, working to improve police relations with diverse. She has written and presented widely on stop and search, racism, equality and policing and most recently co-edited, “Stop and Search: The Anatomy of a Police Power” (Palgrave, 2015) and “The Colour of Injustice: ‘Race,’ Drugs and Law Enforcement in England and Wales (StopWatch, 2018).
Rebekah is a professional leadership coach gaining insight through coaching leaders from a range of corporate and third sector organisations into leadership, governance and organisational change.
