Tom Parry is an actor, writer and comedian.
He performed his debut solo show ‘Yellow T-shirt’ at the 2015 Edinburgh Festival Fringe. It was nominated as the Best Newcomer at the Edinburgh Comedy Awards and earned Parry a BBC radio 4 show. His follow up show ‘Parryoke’ was a sell out critical success at the Edinburgh 2019 Festival.
He is a member of the sketch troupe Pappy’s producing podcasts, television and stage shows, being nominated for two Edinburgh Awards and writing and starring in two series of the BBC3 sitcom Badults.
He is a prolific director of live comedy and directed Don Rodolfo which won Best Newcomer at the Edinburgh Festival in 2018.
Tom is the commissioned artist training the next generation of comedians as part of our No Direction Home project.
