Phil Vasili is an author, researcher, filmmaker and political activist. He has worked at FIFA, Kick It Out, FARE, Football Unites, Racism Divides, BBC, Channel 4 and ITV. He was Producer on Antonio’s Breakfast which won the short film (drama) BAFTA in 2006 and wrote and directed the feature film The Crack in 2013. He currently scouts for Coventry City FC in London after 10 seasons at Manchester United and has played for Cambridge United Youth, Histon FC and Cambridge City. A lifelong socialist, trade unionist and activist he is the father of four children and grandfather of seven.
