Karla Reyes

Karla Reyes is a Product Manager at Square Enix, Partnerships Manager for BAME in Games and Head of Business Development at Code Coven, a global games industry accelerator for underrepresented talent.

A fervent advocate of diversity, equality and inclusion at all levels within the games industry both off and on screen, Karla co-founded Square Enix RED (Racial & Ethnic Diversity), an employee resource group dedicated to this topic, and provides sensitivity consultation to various teams across the studio.

She is also a certified Accessible Player Experience Practitioner and Co-organiser of the UN’s Playing for the Planet Green Game Jam. Karla actively participates in industry conferences and teaches and mentors game dev students.
