    Will is Director of UK Program at Unbound Philanthropy. He also works part-time as a Senior Policy Analyst for the Migration Policy Institute (MPI), and is a Visiting Professor at the University of Sheffield. He has authored over sixty policy papers, chapters and journal articles, mostly related to migration, and has commented widely in the media, particularly for The Guardian. His most recent book is Immigration under New Labour (2007, Policy Press).
