Ella works with narrative and culture to effect change in the world, co-founding organisations like The Long Time Project which seeks to cultivate cultures of stewardship at scale; Reset Narratives which strengthens narrative insight and capacity across movements; The Comms Lab that built movements in the creative industries and has incubated projects and organisations like The Purpose Disruptors; campaigns like ItsOurTime and SHEvotes. She also advises funders and CSOs on narrative infrastructure and strategy. She has also been published in The Guardian, The Financial Times, ID, Wired, Monocle, Fast Company & Creative Review. She is the host of the award-winning Long Time Academy Podcast.
